Chelsy - First-Time Luxury Cruiser
I have taken three cruises they have planned, and each has been more impressive than the last. I was a little nervous to go on my first cruise, but having everything handled for me by an expert was very comforting. All the details were awesome. I wasn’t sure what I needed to do, what I needed to book, how I needed to pack, what to expect at port, or how cruises actually even worked. Luckily, everything was explained to me every step of the way. After that, I felt like a cruise expert myself. Cruise #1 was so amazing that we booked a Star Class suite for cruise #2. The only word to describe this is WOW! Everything was handled down to transportation, hotel stays before the cruise in NYC, and even communication for on-ship activities and perks. What an experience! Cruise #3 was in the Retreat on Celebrity Beyond. This instantly became my favorite cruise ship, and I am glad it was recommended. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere and décor were perfect. As a cruise newbie, thank God I had a travel guru to point me in the right direction! I can’t wait for the all-inclusive resort we have booked for next Summer.

Every trip Mike has planned has been amazing. I have a crazy work schedule, and it is nice to brainstorm and then let someone plan the perfect vacation for my family. The itineraries and plans are always spot-on, and everything is explained so we feel fully prepared to enjoy our family time together without stress. I definitely appreciate the attention to detail and all the little touches that I never would have thought of myself. The little things make all the difference. We usually prefer to stay in more luxurious suites and take upgraded transportation when we travel, and we have never been disappointed. It has been amazing to have someone I can trust who understands me and always takes care of my family. Thanks so much!

On a recent trip to Prague, I wasn’t thrilled with the hotel I had picked on my own. The hotel itself was nice, but the location was horrible. It was on a busy side street with cars going by, people partying and yelling, and music blaring right outside my window until after 2am. The hotel also did not have A/C (which I didn’t know until I got there). I didn’t sleep a wink the first night. Luckily, Mike was able to recommend and book me a new hotel the next day (working at 4am his time by the way). This saved my trip. Not only was the hotel one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in while traveling Europe, but the extra perks like champagne, free breakfast, and dinner reservations in the hotel restaurant the next day were much appreciated since I did not have the energy to head out to eat. After this experience, I told Mike I’d have him book every part of all my trips from now on.
James (Age 10) - Royal Caribbean "Ultimate Family Suite"
Thank you for getting me and my friend the Ultimate Family Suite for our cruise. We loved using the slide to get from our own bunk beds down to the game room. It was so much fun having a butler and getting to try everything without waiting in lines. This was my favorite cruise ever! It was my friend’s first cruise and he wants to go back.
